organisasi publik dalam memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik bagi masyarakat. &#13;

Pengolahan data menganalisis bahwa kualitas kehidupan kerja pegawai, &#13;
itas pelayanan dan kinerjanya telah rnenunjukan kriteria yang baik namun belum &#13;
imal. Hasil analisis dengan Structural Equation Modelling atau model persamaan &#13;
I menunjukkan bahwa kualitas kehidupan kerja pegawai berpengaruh positif &#13;
p kualitas pelayanan. Demikian halnya kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif &#13;
p kinerja pegawai secara pribadi dan pada akhirnya akan berpengaruh kepada &#13;
&#13;
'a organisasi secara keseluruhan berdasarkan Total Performance Scorecard. &#13;

ABSTRACT &#13;

utve influence to the performance of employees and will impact the overall &#13;
