    ABSTRAK
    Pendahuluan: Evaluasi tentang fungsi bicara telah dilakukan oleh beberapa
    peneliti sebelumnya tetapi evaluasi tersebut hanya berdasarkan subyektif. Saat ini
    di dunia mengalami masa dimana terdapat penyakit baru yang menjadi suatu
    pandemi. Penyakit yang disebabkan oleh coronavirus menimbulkan risiko
    kesehatan masyarakat yang serius sehingga terapi wicara banyak terhenti akibat
    dari kondisi pandemi. Live transcribe adalah aplikasi yang secara otomatis
    mentranskripsikan ucapan hampir secara real-time, sehingga diharapkan dapat
    membantu terapis wicara menjadi sebagai media evaluasi terapi wicara. Tujuan:
    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah aplikasi Live Transcribe
    efektif untuk menilai ketepatan pelafalan kata dan dapat menjadi suatu media untuk
    evaluasi terapi wicara pada pasien celah palatum pasca palatoplasti. Metode:
    Penelitian dilakukan pada 35 subjek pada pasien terapi wicara pasca palatoplasti di
    Pusat Pelayanan Celah Bibir & Langit-langit/Cleft Labio Palatoschiziz (CLP)
    Rumah Sakit Anak Bunda Harapan Kita Jakarta . Subjek pada penelitian ini
    dilakukan secara total purposive sampling yaitu mengambil subjek dari sebagian
    populasi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi sampai terpenuhi besar subjek minimal.
    Hasil: Secara keseluruhan, terdapat perbedaan skor terapi wicara yang signifikan
    antara aplikasi Live Transcribe dan kovensional, dimana secara umum teknik
    konvensional memiliki nilai rata-rata skor yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan
    teknik Live Transcribe dan nilai probabilitas yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Simpulan:
    Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan teknik konvensional dengan aplikasi Live
    Transcribe menunjukan perbedaan yang signifikan pada konsonan /p/ dan
    konsonan /b sedangkan pada konsonan /m/ tidak menunjukan perbedaan yang
    signifikan.

    EFFECTIVITY OF LIVE TRANSCRIBE APPLICATION AS AN
    EVALUATION MEDIA FOR CONSONANT LETTERS
    AFTER PALATOPLASTY
    ABSTRACT
    Introduction: Several researchers have carried out an evaluation of the function of
    speech, but this evaluation was only subjective. Currently, the world is experiencing
    a period when there is a new disease that becomes a pandemic. The disease caused
    by the coronavirus poses a serious public health risk, so much speech therapy has
    been discontinued due to the pandemic. Live Transcribe is an application that
    automatically transcribes speech almost in real-time, so it is hoped that it can help
    speech therapists to become media for evaluating speech therapy. Purpose: The
    purpose of this study was to find out whether the Live Transcribe application is
    effective for assessing articulation assessment and can be a medium for evaluating
    speech function in post-palatoplasty patients. Methods: The study was conducted
    on 35 post-palatoplasty speech therapy patients at the Cleft Lip and Palate
    Polyclinic at Harapan Kita Women and Children Hospital, Jakarta. The subjects
    in this study were carried out using total purposive sampling, namely taking
    subjects from a portion of the population that met the inclusion criteria until a
    minimum subject size was obtained. Results: Overall, there is a significant
    difference in speech therapy scores between the Live Transcribe and conventional
    applications. In general, the conventional technique has a higher average score
    than the Live Transcribe technique and a probability value of less than 0.05.
    Conclusion: The results of this study show that the conventional technique with the
    Live Transcribe application shows a significant difference in the consonants /p/ and
    consonants /b/, while the consonant /m/ does not show a significant difference.
