 <note>Analisis Regresi Data Panel dengan mengunakan pendekatan model efek acak &#13;
(MEA) dan model efek tetap (MET) selama ini mengasumsikan bahwa koefisien &#13;
variabel bebas tetap antar waktu. Dengan mengunakan pendekatan Structural &#13;
Equation Modeling (SEM), perumusan MEA dan MET dapat dibuat dengan &#13;
koefisien variabel bebas dan varians galat yang berbeda antar waktu. Untuk &#13;
mengetahui model mana yang lebih baik digunakan diantar MEA dan MET dapat &#13;
membandingkan dari hasil penaksiran parameter. Model diambil dengan melihat &#13;
nilai hasil penaksiran yang lebih rasional. Ketika kedua hasil model memiliki nilai &#13;
hasil penaksiran yang sama-sama rasional, maka kita dapat mengunakan uji &#13;
kecocokan untuk memilih model yang lebih baik. &#13;

Abstract &#13;
&#13;
Panel Data Regression Analysis using approach of random effect model (MEA) &#13;
and approach of fixed effect model (MET) has been assumed that the coefficients &#13;
of independent variables fixed over time.· Approach using Structural Equation &#13;
Modeling (SEM), formulation of MEA and MET can be made with independent &#13;
variables coefficients and error variances differs across time. To find out which &#13;
model is best delivered MEA and MET can compare results of parameter &#13;
estimation. The model was taken by looking at result of more rational assessment. &#13;
When both results of the model has value of assessment that are both rational, &#13;
then we can use the compatibility test for selecting a better model. &#13;
