The reseacrh results have identified the clay mineral alteraton zonation and mineralized quartz taht potensial for the occurance of gold deposit inboth Cijulang and Cimapag area. The Cijulang area, mineralized ore body is closed in small hill named Cisuru, Dangur and Limus along the Cikahupripan River hosted by polimyc breccia and tuff of Mio-pliocence age and distribution is controlled by strike slip NS trending structure and dilatational structure NNE-SSW trending the ore body is characterized by masssive-vuggy quartz texture and +- alunite/dickite, locally associated with vein and veinlet of quartz and black suphide.
