This success is signed with award winning of The Best National Reboitation Fanner Group in 2011 from Ministry of Forestry Republic of Indonesia. Community participation play big role on Menoreh Subur Fanner Group. This research aimed to describe farm forestry management and community participation who involved in these activities, and looking for the factors that influence community participation. The Methods used in this research is the combination of qualitative method and quantitative method. A qualitative approach used to know the process of farm forestry management activities of the people and community participation in these activities. The quantitative approach used to test the factors that influence on community participation. The result of this research shows that farm forestry management process is operating in four stages which is decision making stages, operational stages, harvesting stages, evaluation and monitoring stages. The most influence factors in community participation in overall are livestock, household size, fodder, government official visit, value of obediently, generousity. Zubaedi, M.
