• The thesis entitled Coordination in Sanitation Team Working Group of Subang Regency. This research of background data obtained in the study report documents EHRA (Environmental Health Risk Assessment) Subang Regency in 2013 is still a problem in Subang regency in terms of environmental management. Researcher look at one important point the realization of the effectiveness of treatment with their sanitation processes effective coordination among agencies involved in the Sanitation Working Group Team Subang regency. This research use the theory Chandra Bose’s principle about effective coordination as a groundedthe theory that used by the researcher to guide research. The researcher used qualitative method for doing this research. The data collection step include observation, interviews, analysis of documents and audio-visual materials. To collect the data information, the research use purposeful samplingwith six informants. The. researchers used six step of data analysis that proposed by Creswell and use triangulation techniques to test the validity of the research. To indicate that the researcher’s approach is consistent, the researcher use the reliability procedure, like check the transcript to make sure there is no mistake during transcription and there is no drift in the definition of codes. The results showed that not all agencies understand the purpose of the implementation of the Sanitation Team Working Group of Subang Regency,and the sanitation meetings still don’t have a clear period. Implementation of the Sanitation Team Working Group of Subang Regency requires a detailed program or policy that corresponds to problems in the field. And required a leader who is more active and mobile or who can exercise control to the field and sanitation, so you can quickly look for a good solution.
