 <note>Penyakit kardiovaskuler (PKV) dan Gangguan peredaran Darah Otak (GPDO) masih &#13;
menjadi penyebab kematian tertinggi di indonesia. Suatu agen anti agregasi platelet &#13;
diperlukan pada pengobatan penyakit tersebut untuk mencegah tromboemboli yang dapat &#13;
mengakibatkan penyumbatan pada pembuluh darah. Penelitian ini dibagi menjadi beberapa &#13;
tahap, yaitu: pengumpulan dan determinasi rumput laut Sargassum duplicatum, screening &#13;
Fitokimia simplisia Sargassum duplicatum, Ekstraksi dan fraksinasi menggunakan etanol 96%, &#13;
n-heksana, etil asetat dan air, pengujian aktivitas antiagregasi platelet secara in-vitro pad a &#13;
darah manusia berdasarkan perubahan transmisi cahaya menggunakan agregometer, sebagai &#13;
&#13;
aggregator yang digunakan adalah ADP (Adenosine diphosphate) dan identifikasi golongan &#13;
senyawa pada ekstrak dan fraksi aktif dengan menggunakan KLT. &#13;

ABTRACT &#13;

Cardiovascular disease and Blood Disorders Brain circulation remains a leading cause &#13;
of death in Indonesia. An anti-platelet aggregation agents required treatment to prevent &#13;
thromboembolic disease that can lead to blockage of the blood vessels. This study is divided &#13;
&#13;
into several stages: collection and determination seaweed of Sargassum duplicatum, &#13;
Phytochemicols screening of Sargassum duplicatum crude, extraction and fractionation using &#13;
96% ethanol, n-hexane, ethyl acetate and water, testing antiagregasi platelet activity in vitro of &#13;
the blood humans based on changes in light transmission using agregometer, as an aggregator &#13;
that is used is ADP (adenosine diphosphate) and identification of the compound in the extract &#13;
and active fraction using TLC. &#13;
