Ilus : 29 cm Thesis Title: Impact Of The Early Child Care And Development (Adituka) Programe Towards The Socio-Economy Condition OfTaman Posyandu Cadre's In Sumedang, West Java Subject : Integrated Microfinance Management, Taman Posyandu, Early Child Care & Development, Asuhan Dini Tumbuh Kembang Anak, Koperasi Abstract : This research sets out to assess the impact of the Asuhan Dini Tumbuh Kembang Anak (Early Chilhood Care Development) or Adituka Program in the sosio-economical conditions of the cadre's of fourteen Taman Posyandu (Child Daycare) in three Kecamatan (Districts) in Sumedang, West Java. Altogether, this research also sets out to find out how far the concept of Integrated Microfinance Management has been apllied in the Adituka Program. The model used in this research is Complementary Method Research with a sequential data analysis. The results of this research has shown that the Adituka program has development through participation of the local community inside the Taman Posyandus, that focuses on early childhood care development and the Koperasi Adituka (Cooperative) that focuses on financial services for Taman Posyandu cadres that become members of the cooperative. The data analysis shows that there is difference inside the economical condition of Taman Posyandu Cadres, shown in their Income, Assets, and Monthly Purchasing Frequencies. This indicates a positive impact for member s after joining the cooperative. Aside from that, there is also a corelation between cadres Orientation in the Use of Savings and Loans with cadres Priorities in the Use of Increased Income, where both are directed towards Child Education. Qualitative results show how Taman Posyandu cadres, now after joining both Taman Posyandu and Koperasi Adituka, regard Chi/d Education and Early Childhoodc Care Development are very important in their lives, Together these results indicate how important the Koperasi Adituka is for cadres in supporting their children's education. This is in accordance with the goal of establishing the Koperasi Adituka, which is developing the Taman Posyandu cadres economic condition through micro finance, to support the activities and sustainability of the Taman Posyandu. Therefore it is concluded that inside the Adituka Program, part of the Integrated Microfinance Management concept has been applied.
