The objective of this research was to fmd out software Titeda could &#13;
application at discharge data manajemen at Upper Citanun Watershed. &#13;
&#13;
This research was conduducted from April to September 2007, by using &#13;
descriptive analytic method .. &#13;

The result of this research showed output of Titeda software as sees &#13;
Batujajar Upper Citarum watershed station rainfall that happened during 10 years &#13;
equal 1,553 mm/day and total equal 10158 mm. The value Minimum rainfall &#13;
equal 0,0 m, while maximum rainfall value equal 85 mm. Top rating face irrigate &#13;
maximum anticipate Cimahi-Cicakung 10 years equal 1,73 m and minimum &#13;
equal 0,115 Ill. Discharge River upper Citatum watershed antipate Cimahi­ &#13;
Cicakung 10 years equal 8,00 m3isec and minimum equal 6,667 m3isec. &#13;
