The advancement of information and communication technology has driven innovation in healthcare, including telepharmacy. Tanya Obat is an Indonesian telepharmacy application offering online pharmaceutical consultations, drug information, and digital medication purchases. This study assesses the usability and user feedback on its 2024 version. A mixed-methods approach is used, combining quantitative analysis via the System Usability Scale (SUS) and multiple-choice questionnaires with qualitative insights from open-ended questions. Participants include pharmacists working in Indonesian healthcare facilities. The objective of this study is to evaluate pharmacists’ perceptions regarding the usability of the Tanya Obat application and to identify areas for improvement based on their feedback. This research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of user experiences, highlight areas for improvement, and suggest recommendations for future enhancements. The results showed that the average SUS score was 67.1, indicating a “marginal-high” level of usability with a grade of D, and several usability and feature-related concerns were identified through qualitative feedback, particularly regarding interface clarity, performance issues, and the need for educational content and professional development features. Improving the application’s quality is expected to optimize telepharmacy services, ensuring better public access to reliable pharmaceutical care.
