• ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh literasi informasi terhadap pemilihan bahan ajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh literasi informasi terhadap pemilihan bahan ajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional Pearson Product Moment. Model literasi yang digunakan adalah model literasi informasi The Big6.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 88 guru dengan responden berjumlah 72 guru yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa literasi informasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap pemilihan bahan ajar dalam kemampuan strategi pencarian informasi, mensintesis informasi, mengevaluasi informasi. Sedangkan pada tahap merumuskan masalah, alokasi dan akses, dan pemanfaatan informasi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan.Kata Kunci: literasi informasi, model The Big6, pemilihan bahan ajar ABSTRACTThis study discusses the effect of information literacy on the selection of teaching materials. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of information literacy on the selection of teaching materials. The method used in this study is quantitative with the Pearson Product Moment correlational approach. The literacy model used is the Big6 information literacy model. Data collection techniques in this study were conducted through questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. The population of this study were 88 teachers with respondents totaling 72 teachers who were determined using Simple Random Sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that information literacy has an influence on the selection of teaching materials in the ability of information search strategies, synthesizing information, evaluating information. While at the stage of formulating the problem, allocation and access, and utilization of information does not have a significant effect.Keywords: information literacy, The Big6 model, selection of teaching materials
