  • ABSTRACT
    Adage that everyone is deemed to know the law of logic that have been emphasized by law enforcement officials when dealing with policies relating to the law. Adage might be true for some of the upper middle groups of people that they are generally educated, but not for grassroots groups. From the legal phenomena, it appears the fact that many factors outside the legal system will determine how politics are run primarily national laws related to the efforts of law enforcement who have not heeded the values of justice. In this regard, the high political relation to the purpose of the state law, led to the need for public access to legal information, community access to public participation and access to justice. The three dimensions of political law relating to the dissemination of legal political field of law and legal aid.
    The implementation of the three laws, namely Law No. 14 of 2008 on Public Information, Law No. 12 Year 2011 on the Establishment of Legislation, and Law Number 16 Year 2011 About Legal Aid is a reflection of the government's efforts in politics legal guarantees for the implementation of citizens' rights. Using normative research methods, approaches legislation, descriptive analysis and analysis of legal materials, it has been conducted the study of politic of law in national development of law in dissemination of law and legal aid for achievement legal smart society
    The results showed that the intelligent community law can only be achieved if there is harmonization of the three aspects of the access to information law, access to public participation and access to justice in the politics of law to be executed by the government. In addition, the legal culture is also a determinant in the development of legal savvy society, so that attitudes and behavior will be influenced by the values developed in the development of the law. Pancasila is the crystallization of the cultural values that live in Indonesia. In other words, the values in the values of Pancasila is the reference in implementing the national legal culture to achieve legal samart society.
