<note>PT X is a newly formed organization. It has members who perform well due
to their work assignment. In the near future, PT X will face some changing that
will lead to more work load for their members and maybe some change in
company's policies. Reseacher's trying to develop a behavior which can increase
the readiness of organization's members and to empower their strenght. That
purpose will be fulfilled by developing organizational citizenship behavior, which
is individual behavior which is discretioner and its aggregate promoting
organizational efficiency and effectiveness (Organ et aI, 2006).

This research's trying to describe organizational citizenship behavior and
organizational commitment, as one of its determinant, among members of PT X
and defining their relation. Survey method with cross-sectional design was used to
thirty of PT X members' as a respondent. The result show that they have high
enough result to conduct organizational citizenship behavior on work and the
result also showed that affective commitment has significant positive influence on
organizational citizenship behavior.

Description of organizational citizenship behaviors showed that members
have done organization citizenship behavior on their work environment. Beside
that, organizational commitment description also showed that members have
affectionate disclosure to their organization which have influence to their
organizational citizenship behavior. But their commitments are not based on
acceptance of organization's goal and their willingness to help the organization
pursuing its goal.

Based on that finding, researcher is designing intervention program
generally purposed to develop and empower organizational citizenship behavior.
That purpose will be fulfilled by internalising organization's goal to its members
with the implementation of work value as part of reaching organization's goal of
as it's final destination.</note>
