xi,;81 hlm,;29 cm Sensus Penduduk merupakan satu-satunya pencatatan data kependudukan di Indonesia secara menyeluruh dan lengkap. Data hasil sensus penduduk diharapkan akurat karena digunakan sebagai dasar pada berbagai kebijakan dan analisis kependudukan. Namun dalam kenyataannya bahwa taksiran total penduduk masih belum tepat, hal ini dimungkinkan adanya coverage census error (kesalahan cakupan sensus). Untuk meningkatkan taksiran total populasi maka dilakukan pembandingan hasil sensus penduduk dengan Post Enumeration Survey (PES) menggunakan metode Dual System Estimation (DSE). Namun metode ini mendapatkan permasalahan pada independensi data sensus penduduk dan PES. Karena dengan tidak terpenuhinya asumsi ini menyebabkan correlation bias (bias korelasi) yang berpengaruh pada estimasi jumlah responden yang tidak tercakup pada kedua sumber data Sensus dan PES (xoo). Oleh karena itu dikembangkan metode Triple System Estimation dengan menggabungkan 3 sumber data yaitu Sensus Penduduk, Post Enumeration Survey (PES) dan Data Administrasi Wilayahsehingga estimasi jumlah responden yang tidak tercakup pada kedua sumber data Sensus dan PES (xoo+) lebih tepat. 4. Abstract Population census is the only comprehensive tool for recording population data in Indonesia. Its data must be accurate and reliable as it will be used as the basis on various policies and population analysis. But in reality that the estimated total population is still not right, this is possible presence of census coverage error. To increase the estimated total population of the census results were compared with the Post Enumeration Survey (PES) using the method of Dual System Estimation (DSE) .. However these methods have problems with the independence of census data and PES The lack of this assumption results in correlation bias which affects to the estimation of uncovered number of respondents on both census and PES sources (xoo). To overcome this problem Triple System Estimation method is developed. This method combines three sources of data i.e. Population Census, Post Enumeration Survey (PES) and Area Data Administration.
