 <note>Dalam tesis ini ditentukan ukuran sampel yang dibutuhkan dalam &#13;
Multi level SEM dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis power. Penentuan &#13;
ukuran sampel dan penilaian model SEM dikerjakan melalui simulasi Monte &#13;
Carlo. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan ini, dapat ditentukan jumlah sampe1 &#13;
optimum yang dibutuhkan dengan mengkombinasikan banyaknya sampel group &#13;
dan ukuran sampel dalam group yang memberikan power tertentu. Dari simulasi &#13;
diperoleh hasil bahwa power untuk mendeteksi signifikansi efek faktor loading &#13;
pada level between pada kondisi group di bawah 100 sangat kurang. Untuk &#13;
memperoleh peluang yang baik untuk mendeteksi adanya efek faktor loading, &#13;
lebih dari 100 groups dibutuhkan dengan kondisi ukuran sampel dalam group &#13;
sebesar 20. Jumlah sampe1 sangat bergantung pada tujuan spesifik dari peneliti . &#13;

4. Abstract &#13;
&#13;
In this paper, we determine the sample size needed in Multilevel SEM &#13;
using empirical power analysis approach. This paper uses Monte Carlo &#13;
Simulation Studies to generate data and to assess the accuracy of Multilevel &#13;
SEM Using this approach, we can determine the optimum sample size required &#13;
by combining group sample size and within group sample size that give us a level &#13;
power. Statistical power for detecting a significant between faktor loading effect &#13;
is seriously lackingfor a group sample size under lOO groups. To have acceptable &#13;
probability of detecting between faktor loading effect, more than 100 groups are &#13;
needed at condition of sample size within group is 20. Required group sample &#13;
size depend strongly on the specific interests of the researcher.</note>
